Brief Description

In line with SDG 3, Target 3.1, the government took steps to enhance sexual, reproductive, and maternal health. In 2023, it developed the Quality of Care Implementation Guide for reproductive, maternal, child, adolescent health, and nutrition services. The government also partnered with the public and private sectors to increase family planning uptake, providing services like family planning supplies, HIV/STI testing, counseling, and maternal care to millions nationwide.
